The Osorio was Brazils greatest triumph domestic production combined with French and British assistance two prototypes made one with a Royal Ordernance 105mm gun and the other with a 120mm French gun , sales were anticipated to Saudi Arabia as well as Iraq but hopes were dashed by the events of the Gulf war.
